The CFL lamp hanger is a socket for the bulb and 3metres power lead for it and a 13amp plug. Use fluorescents with a segmental timer. When you use one of these lampleads, your CFL will be hanging vertically which is OK, particularly for hanging a Red CFL below your plant canopy to help with the lower flowers. For using with Blue veg light we would recommend a Euro reflector or a CFL Pro reflector for the larger 250watts.  Do not hang the light by the power cable, use jak chain or an easy roll light hanger instead.
