Atami from the Netherlands produce a full range of substrates, from soils to clay pebbles to rockwool. Atami Worm Castings, ATA Lightmix, ATA Bio Growmix, ATA Organics Kilomix, B’cuzz Coco, Atami Hydro Rokz are made to exacting Dutch RHP quality standards, to meet the requirements of their nutrient ranges- ATA, B’cuzz & ATA Organics.
Atami Worm Castings provide a truly natural fertiliser with potassium, nitrogen and phosphorus for growth and flowering. Roots love the gentle but strong start that worm castings provide and they will show early accelerated growth below and above ground. Enzyme activity is easy to kickstart using worm castings due to the high fungi and micro bacterial content. A small amount around your seedling or cutting root zone is a wise economic choice, given the benefits of worm castings.
ATA Lightmix is a well aerated light soil mix containing added Perlite to help increase drainage. This soil contains enough added nutrient for the first two-three weeks growth, so use it really as a potting soil, with worm castings and then transfer into the main fertilised substrate. Alternatively, use it for the full growth/ flowering cycle and add appropriate extra nutrient, stimulators, PK and Booster.
ATA Bio Growmix is a medium balanced fertilised mix with coco fibre and wormcastings to provide aeration and nitrogen. Its light structure lets roots grow rapidly. There is enough nutrition for the first few weeks- just add Root Stimulator to your water for a good start for your plants. By adding extra nutrient and additives, you can bring your plants on to successful conclusion. Do not start seeds off in Bio Growmix.
ATA Organics Kilomix is a strongly fertilised mix, with organic slow release nutrition, worm castings to increase nitrogen, lime, and bat guano provides a high phosphorus content. Only transplant well rooted plants into Kilomix, not seeds or small cuttings.
B’cuzz Coco is a washed and steamed coco substrate, free of salts, diseases and harmful bacteria, that provides a light, airy structure easy for roots to grow in. It is pH buffered to help provide stability, with a light nutrition for the first week of accelerated growth. Coco is useful for its insulating properties, as it is helpful for a plant’s roots in very hot conditions.
Atami Hydro Rokz or clay pebbles are lightweight, round and identical sized for a well aerated growth medium suitable for many hydroponic systems. They are pH neutral and chemically inert so there are none of the problems associated with cheaper, building industry clay pebbles.
